You retain rights to the journal entries and personal content you submit, subject to any rights needed for us to provide the service. You may not use StoicAdvice to violate law, infringe rights, abuse the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Termination

StoicAdvice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will meet every expectation. To the extent allowed by law, StoicAdvice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice within the service.
